Service 02 / 04
Cold email that lands in the inbox, not the spam folder.
Cold email fails on deliverability long before it fails on copy. Most teams find that out after a domain is already burned, and a rented platform will happily keep sending into a spam folder while charging per seat for the privilege.
All five BUILT stages
How it runs
Four stages, same order every time.
No black box. You can see what is happening at every point, and you keep everything it produces.
- Build verified listsClean, deliverable contacts from our own finder and scraper, not a stale database.
- Warm up and protectInbox and domain warmup so you land in the inbox, and your main domain stays safe.
- Sequence and sendPersonalized multi step sequences that stay on the right side of deliverability.
- Handle the repliesWe qualify interest and book the call, so you only meet people worth meeting.
Deliverables
Exactly what you walk away with.
Split in two, because they are different promises. The left column is the work. The right column is the part most agencies never write down.
While it runs Stages 01 to 04
- Verified, deliverable contact lists built for your ICP
- Sending domains registered, configured and warmed properly
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up so you are not guessing at authentication
- Multi-step sequences written for your offer and tested
- Deliverability monitored continuously, placement, bounce and spam rate
- Every reply qualified, calls booked onto your calendar
What you are left with Yours, not ours
- Sending domains registered to you, warmed and authenticated
- Every sequence, template and subject line written
- The full contact database, exported and yours
- Deliverability history, and the runbook that keeps placement healthy
- A written record of what converted and what got ignored
The domains and lists are yours from the start, so nothing stops working if we part ways. The sending software itself is available separately if you want it in house.
Why it runs better
Why deliverability is something we can fix.
Cold email lives or dies on inbox placement, and on a rented platform that is the one thing you cannot touch. We built the sending stack, so when placement slips it is a change we make, not a ticket we file.
Per-inbox volume control
Sending ramps per mailbox against its own warmup state, rather than one global daily cap applied to every account.
Verification before send, not after bounce
Addresses are checked at send time. A stale list stops being your domain reputation problem.
Placement monitored continuously
Inbox, promotions or spam, measured across the campaign, not assumed from an open rate.
Your domains, your reputation
Sending domains are registered to you and separate from your primary, so your internal email is never in the blast radius.
Straight answers
Questions people ask about this one.
Will this hurt our main domain?
It should never touch it. Cold outreach runs on separate sending domains that redirect to your site, so if anything goes wrong your primary domain and internal email are untouched.
How many emails a day is safe?
It depends on domain age and warmup state, which is why warmup is its own stage rather than a setting. Volume ramps over weeks, and Abon Mail enforces per-inbox caps so nothing gets pushed too hard.
Do you write the copy?
Yes. Sequences are written for your offer and your buyer, then tested. You approve everything before a single send goes out.
The other three
Most people start with one, then add.
